It’s that time of year again for the annual OAC Grad Curling Funspiel. Curling is a great way to have some fun and interact with fellow grad students with brooms on ice. No experience or equipment is required. A lasagna dinner will be provided at the beginning of the night. Each team will play two different times and there will be a refreshment break in between games. All for $15!! If you cannot gather enough people for a whole team contact your department rep and they will try to help you out. Space is limited so register as soon as you have a team. Deadline to register and submit money is Thursday the 20th. When: Registration begins at 5:00, Dinner will be at 5:30 Curling will be at 6:30 -11:00 January 29th Where: Guelph Curling Club, 816 Woolwich St. North of Walmart on Hwy 6 going out of Guelph Who: Teams of 4 OAC Grad students are welcome from the departments of APS, SES, Plant Agriculture, FARE, OVC and Landscape Architecture. Teams can be interdepartmental. Cost: $15 |
